Return & Refund Policy

Free returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is free: we provide a prepaid return label, so you pay nothing to send the items back. There is no restocking fee.

What can be returned

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• We cannot accept returns of: Used or mounted cutting, grinding and flap wheels or discs. This is for safety reasons, because a used or mounted wheel or disc may be damaged in ways that cannot be seen, and these items cannot be resold.
• The 30 days start on the date the carrier delivers your order.

How to start a return

1. Email support@toolshedshop.com with your order number and the items you are returning.
2. We email you a prepaid return label, within 1 business day.
3. Pack the items securely and drop the parcel off with the carrier shown on the label.

Return address

Please use the label we send you. It has the correct address and a return number.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the credit. We refund the original shipping charge as well if the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund it, and you do not need to wait for the return to arrive first. These items are covered even if they have been opened. Do not use a damaged product.

We do not exchange items directly. To get a different size or type, return the original and place a new order.

Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we cancel it and refund you in full within 1-5 business days.
