Where we ship from
All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States. There are no customs duties or import fees on delivery.
Processing and delivery time
- Processing: 2-5 business days after your order is placed.
- Delivery: 7-14 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
- You receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

The subtotal is the price of the items before tax and shipping. Shipping and sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no other fees.
Where we deliver
We deliver within the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to: AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO. We cannot deliver to PO boxes for parcels that need a signature or that the carrier does not accept there.
Damaged, lost or late orders
- Damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We replace or refund it.
- Lost or very late. If tracking shows no delivery after the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund the order.
- Wrong address. Check your address at checkout. Email us right away if you need a change; once an order has shipped we may not be able to redirect it.
