Do we sell or share your information?
No. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. There is nothing to opt out of. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Make a privacy request
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy,
- delete the personal information we collected from you,
- correct information that is wrong.
The button opens your email app with a message to privacy@toolshedshop.com that you can fill in. If it does not open, copy that address and send us the details listed below.
To protect your account, please include:
- your full name and the email address you used when ordering,
- a recent order number or the ZIP code of an order,
- the state where you live,
- what you would like us to do.
Using an agent? Ask them to include your written permission. We may still contact you to verify your identity.
Stop marketing emails
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email privacy@toolshedshop.com with the word "Unsubscribe". We stop within 10 business days. You will still receive emails about your orders, such as shipping and return notices.
Opt-out preference signals
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser setting that tells websites you do not want your data sold or shared. Because we do not sell or share personal information, a GPC signal does not change how this site works. If that ever changes, we will honor it.
What happens next
- We confirm we received your request within 10 business days.
- We respond within 45 days. If we need up to 45 more days we will tell you why.
- There is no fee and we will not treat you differently for making a request.
- If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our message or emailing privacy@toolshedshop.com with the word "Appeal" in the subject.
